Week 4 has commenced!

I am so happy the recovery weeks are over! Although I must admit that this last nothing-but-Turbo Fire week was crazy! I loved it though :) I did my weights and measurements and I'm happy to say things are lookin' good! How do you all like the Turbo Fire workouts? I love the fun dancing and the HIIT workout was awesome, my butt was sore for about 2 days from that. I'm really looking forward to this month because I personally LOVE the Push Circuits and I'm really excited about combining that with the Turbo Fire.
So, to help keep me on track I will let you all in on my weekly goals and I will report back at the end of the week to let you know how they went.

Week 5 goals:
1-Eat every 3 hours.
2-Eat at least one salad every day
3-Don't "pre-load" my fork/spoon (don't have a bite ready to go right after I've taken one)
4-Sleep at least 7hrs a night
5-Drink at least 8 cups of water a day

So there we are! I'm hoping telling everyone of my goals will help me to achieve them. Let me know your goals! And tell me what you thought of this full Turbo Fire week!
Love you all!

So glad the recovery weeks are OVER!!

I am not going to lie I was having now fun with all that stretching and abs, I do like the weights days. I was so excited for the week to start because I was ready to start working!! The Fire 45 on Monday was, for me, so much fun!! I love the music, the punching, kicking, everything. And it was a wicked workout!! I burned something like 500 calories. I could feel my muscles getting kind of tired but I pushed through and felt great afterward. Then comes the HIIT 15 the next day. I am thinking 15 minutes this will be cake. Not so cakey at all. I loved it I was dripping sweat when I was doing the stretch after wards. This is saying a lot because I am not a big sweater. I like to have my Friday's open so I will be doing the Fire 30 today. I CAN"T WAIT!!!!

Turbo Fire week 3 - Sunnie

Come on people... It's time to start blogging!

Over the weekend we had a few conversations about every ones weight loss since starting Turbo Fire and it looks like we are all doing so well!

I can't wait for next week when we start to really burn it up!

Until then here is to a week of weights and abs... and the dreaded... Burn intervals!  I forgot how hard that was.  My butt is still sore from all the jumping! "hard work doesn't just build muscles, it builds character"  Bring it Chalene.  I'm loving every minute of it!

A public recommitment to healthy eating!  I sabotaged this weekend hard core and I promised myself that I was going to really make this workout count by eating the foods that will help me reach my goals.  So I'm saying it again, out load!  I love eating healthy.  I love making healthy choices.  I love the way I feel when I eat what my body can actually use.

I'm ready to hear how everyone else feels!!!  Post please!!
